It is our intention to provide a “first aid kit” to help you improve the quality of your sleep without resorting to pharmaceuticals.

Composing your recipe for a good night’s sleep , taking into account your: mind hygiene, soothing emotions, regeneration of the body, care for the environment
Learning practical techniques for a good night’s sleep , including: 3 types of relaxation (Jasobson’s Technique, Schultz Autogenous Training and original sensory storytelling with relaxing music), 2 breathing techniques, facial auto-massage, stretching the muscles of the upper torso, meditation with a voice at home, no instruments available.
