In fluid movement combined with breath, in creative and wisely structured sequences:
- let go of psychophysical tensions (from the hips and legs, abdomen, chest, back, loins, neck, shoulders, head)
- you will strengthen the muscles throughout your body (legs, buttocks, abdomen, arms, back)
- you will stretch properly and become more flexible in your muscles,
- you will return to grace and freedom of movement,
- you will learn to breathe with a diaphragm,
- you will develop healthy habits (posture, breathing, controlling your thoughts, watching your emotions)
- you will learn your needs and respect them,
- you will practice perseverance, patience, acceptance, silence,
- you will open up to joy, pleasure and gratitude.
Additionally, in relaxation
You will practice meditation in the art of mindfulness, concentration, conscious breathing and non-judgmental observation – at the beginning of the class, and at the end of the class, you will experience regenerative relaxation with original therapeutic stories.
